Is there any reason why you don't include information about medical/illness related incontinence on the website? Things like MS.
I am also unsure about at how difficult it is to do up the buttons, as MS also reduces motor skills.I have a very progressive form of MS and I am 27. I have difficulty (among other things) with numbness, severely reduced motor skills and I know that my "control" and incontinence issues will only get worse.
It seems according to the website that medical issues aren't included in incontinence causes which seems quite sad to me, really.
And with reduced motor skills, things like bottons are just not something I can manage.
There must be some more useable alternatives for people with disbilities too?
Our expert answered:
Thanks for your feedback. Incontinence is not an illness and typically caused by another condition such as MS. We will be upgrading our website in the future and will look to expand the information we have on illnesses that may result in incontinence.
In terms of buttons, we recognise that this can be difficult for people with reduced motor skills. We do have an Undergarments with Velcro available as an alternative (available through distributors such as Bright Sky and In Touch) as well as our Underwear range which can be pulled on and take off just like normal underwear.
