With the Undergarments with Buttons (Code 4865), has the capacity amount been reduced?
I work for PADP at Tamworth Hospital and making these enquiries on behalf of a client who is complaining the product has now only 2.5 drops on packet.

Thanks for your enquiry. The Undergarments with Buttons product has not changed and is still exactly the same product. The only change is that the packaging has been upgraded. Each droplet on the packs represents approximately 200mL of working capacity. The Undergarments with Buttons has a 550mL working capacity and an ISO capacity of 1015ml capacity. The ISO capacity is based on an international standard way of measuring the capacity of the product.
