Depend underwear the way to go
I have had incontinency problems for years and it was suggested by my doctor I should start wearing Depend underwear. This took some getting used to but it was the right way to go.
I am 60. I was always worried about another wetting accident but now can relax and enjoy life with just a couple of changes each day.
I obtain Depend underwear from my local chemist who has told me that Depend underwear are one of his top selling items and that I would be amazed to know just how many adults of all ages use them. He said there are some that just use them for special occasions like car and plane trips or at night but most wear on a daily basis.
From experience, if you are unsure, I would suggest you give it a go.
