I really didn’t want to wear an adult nappy and I put it off for as long as I could. I didn’t want to admit i had a problem. I thought that i would have to wear a bulky nappy – but in the end a just needed a small pad. Since i have started wearing them it’s been great. No one knows I have problem and there are no embarrassing leaks.\
