Where can I find information about incontinence and Depend® products?
Depend® offers a variety of absorbent protection products for men and women with moderate to complete incontinence products to fit every need. And remember, incontinence is treatable, so also consult with your doctor for professional advice.
How much do the various absorbent products hold?
For women with very light to moderate incontinence, we recommend Poise® pads and pantyliners, available in ten different sizes and absorbencies.

For men with light to moderate incontinence, we recommend Depend® Guards for Men.
Depend® Undergarments are designed for men and women, and offer protection against moderate loss of bladder control.
Designed to feel and fit like regular underwear, Depend® Underwear and Depend® Super Underwear, are now available in designs that are specifically for Men and specifically for Women. The gender specific design ensures a comfortable fit and superior protection.
Depend® Fitted Briefs offer maximum protection for heavy to complete loss of bladder and/or bowel control and are the best option for less mobile individuals. They are available for both men and women.
Depend® Underpads offer absorbent protection to beds and chairs for men and women.

How frequently should these products be changed?
The length of time that a product can be worn varies according to individual needs. Each person’s situation is unique due to contributing factors such as type of incontinence, bladder capacity, amount and frequency of loss.
Does Depend® make a pad for men?
Depend® Guards for Men are designed to meet the unique needs of men providing superior protection with a comfortable, trim fit. This product features an anatomical design which provides a cup-like fit for protection and comfort. Leakage control guards provide an extra barrier, and a soft stay-dry liner keeps moisture away from the skin. Depend® Guards for Men are available in one absorbency which provides light to moderate protection.
Is there more than one absorbency for Depend® Guards for Men?
No. Our Depend® Guards for Men are available in one absorbency, for light to moderate protection. However, other Depend® products are designed to provide men with heavier protection.
How do you put on Depend® Guards for Men?

What products are appropriate for bowel incontinence?
We recommend our Depend® Fitted Briefs for women and Depend® Fitted Briefs for men for people who experience heavy to complete loss of urine and/or bowel control.
Are briefs available with a cloth-like outer cover?
No. Our Depend® Fitted Briefs feature a poly outer cover with wetness indicators.
Are all Depend® products designed for men and women?
Depend® Undergarments and Depend® Fitted Briefs are unisex products, designed to meet the protection needs of both men and women.
Depend® Underwear and Super Underwear are available in gender specific designs to meet the unique needs of men and women. This improved range has gender specific shapes and leg openings for a more comfortable fit and gender specific absorbent locations where men and women need it most.
Do Depend® products come in various sizes?
Depend® Undergarments are one size fits all. Elastic leg Undergarments fit hips up to 165cm. Depend® Underwear, Super Underwear and Fitted Briefs come in two sizes – Medium and Large.
Is there a difference between the front and back of products?
Yes there is a front and back of Guards for Men, Underwear and Fitted Briefs. Diagrams and instructions can be found in the fitting instructions section.
Which is the inside and outside of the product?

Can I buy Depend® products directly from Kimberly-Clark?
We sell our Depend® products through a variety of retail outlets rather than directly to individuals. You’ll find them available in selected supermarkets and pharmacies. In addition, there are several online retailers that carry Depend® products.
Will insurance pay for Depend® products?
Because this may vary plan by plan, we suggest that you check with your health insurance provider. In addition, you can find more information about the Government Continence Aids Assistance Scheme on the Depend website.
